Luvassa on monia rasteja Zoomin breakout-huoneissa, jossa pääsette oman joukkueen kanssa testaamaan taitojanne. Rasteilla suoritettavista tehtävistä saatte pisteytyksen ja voittajajoukkueille on luvassa palkintoja.

O’Diako järjestää etäfuksiaiset, johon ovat tervetulleet fuksit ja muut fuksimieliset vuosikurssista ja opiskelumuodosta riippumatta. (Yhdelle fuksille on tarkoitettu yhdet fuksiaiset, mutta myös lähiopiskelijat saavat osallistua etäfuksiaisiin).

Etäfuksiaiset järjestetään Zoomissa. Sinulla on nyt mahtava tilaisuus päästä tutustumaan etänä muihin opiskelijoihin ja verkostoitumaan. Tapahtumaan voit tulla yksin tai valmiin joukkueen kanssa. Joukkueen koko on 2-10 henkilöä. Yksin tuleville löydämme yhdessä joukkueen tapahtuman alussa! Joukkueen kanssa voitte olla kaikki eri koneilla omissa kodeissanne, tai voitte kerääntyä yhden koneen ääreen.

Rastikierroksen lopuksi luvassa on fuksivala, jolla fuksit kastetaan Diakiin. Haalarimerkin ostaneet saavat Kastettu Diakissa- merkin. (Kastettu Diakissa -merkki kiinnitetään haalareiden takataskuun!!) Merkki lähetetään postitse kaikille sen ostaneille veloituksetta.💀🩵🐳

💥HEY, FRESHERS!🏴‍☠️💜

Jump right into the middle of pirate battles💣 and dive into the depths with mermaids!🌊 Will you find the treasure marked on the treasure map, or will you solve the mystery of the deep sea?💙🦜🔥

There’ll be plenty of challenges in Zoom breakout rooms, where you and your team can put your skills to the test. You’ll be scored on the tasks completed at each challenge, and there’ll be prizes for the winning teams.

O’Diako is organising a remote freshers’ party, to which freshers and anyone with a freshers’ spirit are welcome, regardless of year group or mode of study. (Each student is entitled to attend one freshers’ party, but on-campus students are also welcome to join the remote event).

The virtual freshers’ party will be held on Zoom. You now have a fantastic opportunity to get to know other students remotely and to network. You can come to the event on your own or with a pre-formed team. Teams should consist of 2–10 people. If you’re coming on your own, we’ll help you find a team at the start of the event! As a team, you can all be on separate computers in your own homes, or you can gather round a single computer.

At the end of the scavenger hunt, there’ll be a freshers’ initiation ceremony, during which freshers are ‘baptised’ into Diak. Those who have purchased the overalls badge will receive the ‘Baptised at Diak’ badge. (The ‘Baptised at Diak’ badge is attached to the back pocket of the overalls!!) The badge will be sent by post to everyone who has purchased it, free of charge.💀🩵🐳
