What do we expect from a tutor?

Any Diak student from any campus, any field and any year can apply to become a tutor.

We value positivity, willingness to help, empathy, openness, initiative, enthusiasm, reliability and responsibility

You do not need previous experience, as we train all our tutors
-
The tutor will act as a tutor for the autumn 2026 and January 2027 orientations
-
You will need to attend a training course, either a tutor camp ( in finnish) or an English tutor training as a hybrid

Interviews will be held remotely from 9.3.-19.3.2026

Selected tutors will be notified on 23.3.2026
