Statement: Building Europe's Future with Erasmus+ and Vocational Education
1.6.2024

The foundation for European citizenship is established at a young age. Student exchange offers a wonderful opportunity for both students and universities to gain international networks, which is why the Erasmus+ programme budget should be doubled.
Universities of applied sciences produce future expertise and strengthen the competitiveness of the entire Europe. Diak's EU funded projects have particularly supported the educational and employment pathways of those in vulnerable positions. Europe thus needs even bolder investments in research, innovation, and education.
